Delivery & Returns

Donegal Copper Craft will accept genuine returns, exchanges or cancellations on the following terms.

Returns:

• You must contact Donegal Copper Craft within 7 days of delivery.
• You must return the item back within 10 days of delivery.

Cancellations:

• Personalised orders-eg Initials, design style cannot be returned.
• All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

Conditions of return:

• Buyers are responsible for costs of returning any items.
• Items must be returned in their original condition to receive any payment.
• We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
